Terrible experience. Bought a whole furniture bed set since last year. The bed frame broke a week into using it we fixed it. Then a few months later we moved out of our apartment and into a house the bed frame broke again no matter how much times we tried to fix it. When had a warranty and they refused to do anything to help us because we moved (crazy). They gave us a number of a person that they guaranteed could fix the frame for us and the number isn’t working, when we tried to call. This place is full of scammers and faulty furniture that the workers don’t want to deal with. My husband and I have gone there many times looking for help and still nothing! We are also still paying off this furniture set we can’t even use and have been sleeping in the living room because of it. Beware!!! Do not buy here !!! I’ll contacting the better buisness bureau and corporate next.

I went into this place a week ago, spoke to a Hispanic young lady whose name I cannot remember. I applied for a couch and recliner set, and I forgot that my credit report was locked. So I unlocked my credit report and she said she would give me a call back the next business day(this was a Thursday). I still haven't heard anything from these people at all! So my credit score took a hit, and I know that I have the ability to finance the furniture I was looking at, but how unprofessional!

Great customer service!! My salesman Angelo Houston was very knowledgeable and made sure I purchased the BEST furniture. He was able to answer all my questions . He knew my style and together we were able to make the sale. The store manager Byron Cross was very helpful in assisting with anything during my shopping experience!! 5 star service !!!

Came in with my cousin to make another payment on her future couch because this company gave her the run around about her refund because she paid with Apple Pay. While coming in around twenty minutes before closing just to make a payment we were stopped by security that then steadily asked if we weren’t making payments we couldn’t come in. Finally allowed in we were then accused of “WINDOWSHOPPING” by said security as he continued to yell at us for literally just looking into the show room. Not we went in with our bodies but was just looking. I then informed him we were here to pay on something we’ve already spent money on so to verbally attack us for looking at furniture in a furniture store is too much. Extremely rude extremely disrespectful. He then continued to scream at other patrons who were trying to come in after as well. Royal Furniture in Memphis on Summer Ave. The women attendants were extremely nice but the man who was present as well as the male security guard were terrible and had rude demeanors. The picture is the room we were not allowed to enter and we were standing by the desk next to the room where the attendants are. 7.14.2023

I am writing to you today to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made from your company. In August 2022, I purchased a Sofa from your [Royal Furniture 1862 N. Germantown] location. The product was delivered to my home on 8/2022 and, upon a ten-month inspection, I found that it was damaged. The damage to the product is significant and makes it unusable. The back of the sofa frame is cracked and broken the [frame and Fabric need to be repaid. I have attached photos of the damage to this letter. I have contacted your customer service and AHM department on several occasions to report the damage and to request a repair or replacement I have a 1-year warrant. However, I spoke with Ms. Michelle Jones and she said the frame was not covered under warranty the technician came out to my home twice first technical came out to take pictures of my sofa but had to reschedule another appointment and he emailed Ms.Jones a picture I waited 4 weeks no response I call her back she said the frame sofa wasn't covered only thing cover was fabric I start catching her in more lies about warrant I got mad and upset and frustrated bebecause I knew she was lies she was rude and will got into a heated argument I asked to her let me speak to her manager she hung up the phone I call AHM and him can they come repair my sofa they 4 email time no he was late and unable to resolve the issue with your customer service representatives. I said to Ms. Jones it's not safe The wood is sticking out of my sofa and I have small kids it injures them. I am writing to you today in the hopes that you will be able to help me resolve this matter. I am a loyal customer of your company and I have never had any problems with your products or services in the past. I am confident that you will want to make things right for me. I would like to request a full refund for the purchase price of the product. I would also like to request that you send me a replacement product that is not damaged. I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
